Our innovative solutions help businesses transform and scale in today’s competitive landscape. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team and support our growing sales operations.

What does a Sales Assistant do?

As a Sales Assistant at Kloia, you will be a key member of the sales team—ensuring operations run smoothly, clients receive excellent pre- and post-sales support, and that no opportunity goes unnoticed. You’ll be involved in both strategic and operational parts of the sales cycle, acting as the connective tissue between internal teams and external stakeholders.

As a Sales Assistant, you will:

  • Assist the sales team with offer preparation and contract management
  • Register deals on vendor portals and ensure timely follow-up
  • Enter and regularly update sales opportunities in HubSpot CRM
  • Create and analyze sales reports to support decision-making
  • Provide post-sales support to clients and monitor customer satisfaction
  • Organize and manage all sales-related documentation for accuracy and consistency
  • Support lead generation efforts through research and coordination
  • Help schedule and coordinate meetings, product demos, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales content and campaigns

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Basic understanding of IT services and B2B sales cycles
  • Experience with deal registration processes on vendor platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data tracking & reporting
  • A team player mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Completed military service (if applicable)
