Kloia is a Premiere Consulting Partner of AWS and a leading consultancy specializing in DevOps, Cloud, Application Modernization, GenAI, and Observability.

As part of our expanding business development team, we’re hiring a Business Development Manager who will drive growth through new opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key client relations.

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Remote - UK

Level: Medior/Senior

You Will:

  • Building new business opportunities 
  • Selling Kloia services and tools we have partnerships with,
  • Propose potential business deals by contacting potential customers,
  • Discover and explore business opportunities, including new partnerships, vendor agreements, and adjacent areas of business,
  • Where required, nudge the company in a new direction gently to gain customers with demanding but worthy custom requests,
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials,
  • Finalize deals by coordinating requirements, preparing SoWs, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations,
  • Follow customer success for the key accounts,
  • Fulfill the sales-related technical training and certifications about the technologies and the vendors we work with,
  • Following tenders that we can participate,
  • Managing Vendor Relations (10+ vendors that we work with)
  • Creating Quote, Service Scope, SoW in coordination with the Engineering Team,
  • Follow and participate in tenders.

 

It would be nice if you have/have done by now:

  • Native English speaking,
  • Have an existing portfolio of clients who are looking for DevOps and software development talent,
  • Pricing and strategy management,
  • Closing skills and motivation for meeting sale goals,
  • Good understanding and/or interest of Cloud/DevOps/Microservices/Test Automation domains,
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills,
  • Executing the sales cycle for several software vendor products and consulting services in Cloud/DevOps domain.
