What would an average day look like?

Your day may start by reviewing ongoing AWS partnership activities, program requirements, or open actions and coordinating with the relevant internal teams.

You might spend part of the day researching an AWS Partner Program to understand its eligibility requirements, technical expectations, business benefits, and potential funding opportunities. Rather than simply documenting what the program is, you will be expected to evaluate whether it makes sense for Kloia and outline what would be required to move forward.

You may also work with DevOps or Engineering teams to collect technical information, coordinate with Sales or Business teams around an opportunity, prepare reports or documentation, or join an AWS or customer meeting together with more experienced team members.

As you gain experience, you will begin managing selected processes independently and taking greater ownership of their progress and outcomes.

Who should apply?

This role is a good fit for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a career at the intersection of cloud technology and business.

You may come from Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a similar field. More important than a specific degree is your ability to understand technical concepts, communicate clearly, research unfamiliar topics, and think about their business impact.

You should be someone who does not stop at completing an assigned task. We are looking for a person who naturally asks questions such as “Why are we doing this?”, “What value does this create?”, and “How can we move this forward?”

You should also be comfortable working with different stakeholders and interested in gradually taking ownership of processes rather than waiting for step-by-step direction.

Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of cloud computing and AWS.
• Familiarity with core AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, and IAM and their basic use cases.
• Understanding of basic cloud architecture concepts and ability to follow an architecture diagram.
• Basic understanding of containers and Docker concepts.
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes and the purpose of AWS container services such as EKS, ECS, and ECR.
• Ability to understand a technical topic and evaluate it from a business perspective.
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Strong willingness to learn and take ownership.
• English proficiency sufficient to work with technical documentation and communicate with international stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or an Associate-level AWS certification.
• Personal projects, labs, or academic experience using AWS.
• Hands-on experimentation with AWS services, containers, or Kubernetes in a lab or project environment.
• Previous internship, university project, or similar experience combining technology, research, business, or cloud-related topics.
